Refund policy

We want you and your dogs to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works
- Email us at markoshops7@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
- Items should be returned in their original condition. Digital products (training guides) are non-refundable once downloaded.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — at no cost to you.
